Remote Graphic Designer
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent written and spoken English ability
- Strong, professional portfolio of graphic design work examples
- Strong grasp of how to optimize design files for web, print and video
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Self-motivated, positive and organized
- Able to work independently with limited supervision
- High degree of independent judgment. Able to solve complex problems.
- Positive, solution-oriented outlook
- Enthusiastic support in the company’s mission to encourage female entrepreneurship and foster female empowerment.
SUPER POWERS:
- Love of arts, books and/or literature
- Interest/experience in entrepreneurialism or startups
- WordPress or web design experience
- Strong UI understanding
- Book cover design experience
- eBook coding experience
- Print book layout and design experience
- Video editing experience
- Email or automated marketing software experience (Such as GetResponse, MailChimp, LeadPages)
- Experience with Adobe design software
LOCATION:
This is a remote position. Work from home or wherever you like. 40 hours per week, flexible schedule. Monthly contract, renewable. You must have a personal laptop or computer, web cam and reliable, high-speed internet connection to complete work and participate in video meetings. A half-time (20 hour) position may be offered if preferred by the best candidate.

Book Designer (Print and Digital)
Gutsy Creatives seeks an enthusiastic, talented book designer. Half-time position (20 hours / week). Fully remote.
The book designer creates beautiful books in both print and digital formats. You will design books for our own publishing imprint, as well as for our author clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent written and spoken English ability
- Strong, professional portfolio of design work examples
- Expert level skills in Adobe Create Suite – particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience coding digital books optimized for KPF, EPUB, PDF and MOBI
- Self-motivated, positive and organized
- Able to work independently with limited supervision
- High degree of independent judgment. Able to solve complex problems.
- Positive, solution-oriented outlook
- Enthusiastic support in the company’s mission to encourage female entrepreneurship and foster female empowerment.
SUPER POWERS:
These skills are NOT required, but will be an added advantage on the job!
- Love of arts, books and/or literature

- Book cover design portfolio
- HTML experience
- Direct experience publishing on Amazon or through IngramSpark
